Pet of the Week – Blue

Blue is a 10-year-old female Weimaraner. She could be the poster dog in a senior dog adoption campaign. Why would you want an unruly, young dog when you can have a perfectly trained, healthy, active, loving older dog?

Blue is a great companion, absolutely loves human interaction, and is good with older children. She gets along with other dogs. Like most dogs of her breed, she sees cats as a small prey animal. She needs a cat free home.

This girl was a house dog when she was young, but she has been an outdoor dog the last five years. She loves being in the house again in her foster home and is house trained. She is still very agile, active, and in good health. She is spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped. Her adoption fee is $85.

Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. We rescue the underdogs: the old, the sick and injured, the used-up by breeders, the forsaken and misunderstood. We nurse them, bring them back from the brink, and give them another chance. We believe they make the very best pets because somehow, they understand and are grateful.
