Pet of the Week – Parsley

This is Parsley. She is a 2-year-old Lab/American Bulldog mix. Noah’s Hope rescued her from a life chained to a tree. She’s a survivor and she has some scars to show for it. Her floppy ear is the result of an injury, but we think it gives her character.

Parsley is house trained and has decent house manners so it is obvious she was a well-loved family dog at one time. Somehow she spent the next part of her life tied to a tree. Show this girl some love and she will happily lie at your feet. She is not particularly high energy unless she is in play mode with another dog.

Parsley would be great as an only dog or can be with other dogs with caution. It took her awhile not to be cranky with her foster siblings, but it’s all good now.

Are you able to give this girl a home where she will continue to know she is loved? Parsley is spayed, micro chipped, and up to date on all her shots. Her adoption fee is $135. Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. We rescue the underdogs: the old, the sick and injured, the used-up by breeders, the forsaken and misunderstood. We nurse them, bring them back from the brink, and give them another chance. We believe they make the very best pets because somehow, they understand and are grateful.
