Blue Zones class helps you get cooking
Blue Zones and Hy-Vee offer cooking class
Want a fun way to learn some cooking basics and meet others who share a similar interest in healthy eating?
Then a Blue Zones Project in conjunction with Hy-Vee will help you understand better cooking principles.
The event is on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 5:30-6:30PM at the Southern Hills Hy-Vee, 4450 Sergeant Rd, Sioux City.
This month’s menu will feature Ikarian longevity stew, maple chili butternut squash and sweet potato black bean salad. Cost for the class is $10 per person. Register by calling Hy-Vee at 712-274-1036.
