Pet of the Week – Flower
Look at this gorgeous girl! Flower is a red Chow Chow, and she’s looking for her very own retirement home. She’s 10 years old, maybe older, but don’t let that stop you from adopting her. We hope she has many good years left, and she is definitely the sweetest dog that could ever come into your life.
Flower is good with dogs, cats, and everyone she has met so far. She went to the Palace 4 Paws spa the other day, and according to the groomer, she was very good-natured about the grooming process.
Flower does not like to be kenneled. She will chew on any confinement. But the good news is that she doesn’t need it. She is perfectly mannered free roaming the house.
She can’t hear well, so when she’s asleep, you have to touch her to wake her up. She will respond when you wave to her to come to you. She also has cataracts on her eyes, but seems to see just fine yet. It’s all part of loving a senior gal. She loves to give kisses and wags her tail when she’s happy. She just needs a calm place to retire and enjoy her senior status.
