Come join in on the 23rd Annual Chili & Salsa Cook-Off from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Saturday. All proceeds from this fun, family friendly festival go toward Big Brothers Big Sisters of Siouxland.
