Week Ahead: Tacos, Parades and a Metal Night
Rivercade Parade
Come downtown Wednesday night for the Rivercade parade! The parade starts at 6 p.m. at the corner of 10th and Douglas St.
Tours & Tacos at LaunchPad
Swing by LaunchPad Children’s Museum on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to indulge in delicious Daga’s food truck cuisine. After grabbing a bite, private tours of LaunchPad will be given.
Boat Parade
Come by Jolly Roger’s between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Thursday to watch the boat parade on the Missouri River in celebration of Rivercade. Live music will be playing from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., leading up to fireworks and the boats at 10 p.m.!
Movies at Main
All ages are invited in from the heat to enjoy a cool movie in the Gleeson Room at the Wilbur Aalf’s (Main) Library on Friday at 2 p.m. The feature presentation will be “Zootopia.”
Summer Metal Night Out
The Chesterfield presents: Summer Metal Night out. Come on out Saturday night at 8 p.m. to watch metal bands Devour Once Dead, Murderhouse, and The Impulsive.
