Noah’s Hope – Building for Hope

Founded in 2007, Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue began with a vision to find every unwanted dog a loving family of its own. Now, eight years later, NHAR is growing by leaps and bounds. Every year the lives of hundreds of animals have been saved and each year the number of dogs in need grows also. So naturally, the more dogs that need help, the more help the rescue needs.

As an all-volunteer, nonprofit rescue, NHAR relies heavily on contributions from our supporters. Without them there would be no hope for these dogs.

There are many ways to contribute to our cause. Some people volunteer time, some foster the dogs, some donate food and ‘stuff,’ and of course some are able to contribute financially.

So please join us for the first event in Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue’s 5 year/$100,000 capital campaign. You will help us continue to build up the hopes we have for the future.

Friday October 16th, 2015

Bluffs Area Family Center, 903 Topaz Dr., Sergeant Bluff, IA

The fun begins at 7:00 pm and lasts until 11:00 pm

To help defray costs of the event, admission is $10.

There will be hors d’oeuvres and silent auctions, followed by live entertainment and dancing if you are so inclined! Cat and the Crickets will be playing a wide variety of music from many different eras.

About the Author

Lita Shulenberger is a volunteer for Noah’s Hope. She’s fostered 85 dogs in the last 2 years. Quote: “I know that somewhere in the distant past I wanted to be a veterinarian. At the time I would have thought that anyone who lets their life go to the dogs like THIS was crazy. Well, it turns out I AM crazy, and I like it."
