Pet of the Week – Odie

Here’s a little guy to make you smile. Odie is about 3 years old, a terrier mix. We think maybe Maltese or Bichon. He was found as a stray wandering in the country, the probable victim of a dump by someone who didn’t want him anymore and took the cowardly way out.

Odie is super cuddly and is a happy face to come home to. He minds very well, is house trained and has excellent house manners all around. He loves to go for walks – sometimes on his own because he can be an escape artist. He follows his foster mom all around the house.

The only issues Odie has are with others. He gets along with most other dogs as long as he has a slow introduction. Small children and cats scare him, and so he needs to go to a home without little ones or felines. He might be happiest as an only dog.

If you are looking for a sweet companion, Odie is your boy. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. He’s ready to come home with you!

Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. We rescue the underdogs: the old, the sick and injured, the used-up by breeders, the forsaken and misunderstood. We nurse them, bring them back from the brink, and give them another chance. We believe they make the very best pets because somehow, they understand and are grateful.
